We have an extensive range of high quality innovative fishcakes which include traditional fishcakes, naked fishcakes and our melting centre fishcake ranges. All of our fishcakes use the finest quality raw materials to ensure that the fish element takes centre stage. Our core range consists of the traditional style fishcakes while our premium, top tier fishcake ranges incorporate the Melting Centres and Naked styles.
Our melting centre fishcakes combine high quality fish and raw materials with a flowing sauce filled centre coated in golden breadcrumb. The Naked fishcake range is an adaptation of the melting centre simply without the breadcrumb coating.
Our coated fish range includes Cod, Haddock, Pollock and Sole, all of which come from our responsible, sustainable supply chain. The coated fillets come in a variety of different coatings from the traditional breadcrumb and batter to lightly dusted coatings and flavoured breadcrumb blends.
Some of our coatings include ruskoline, beer batter, super seeded crumb which has a variety of seeds mixed through the breadcrumb, salt and pepper coating, and lemon and pepper dusting.
In addition to the range of chilled and frozen coated fish fillets we also produce breaded Scampi and fish fingers.
Our added value range consists of hand crafted meal solutions which include centre of plate main meals and pastry dishes. Our main meals include a range of gratin style dishes such as a Cod Mornay Gratin, Salmon Gratin and a Three Fish Gratin.
Our meals are hand made using high quality portions of fish and rich creamy sauces topped with breadcrumbs and cheese. Our pastry dishes are made up of a range of Salmon En Croute products which consist of Scottish Salmon portions which are individually hand wrapped in pastry and filled with sauce.
Our vegetarian lines range from main meal solutions to traditional potato croquettes. Our main meals include products such as a spicy bean burger and spinach ricotta melts which incorporates the melting centre technique we use in our fishcakes.
In addition to the main meals we produce a variety of potato croquettes including cheese croquettes, sweet potato, and melting centre croquettes.
